Frank T. Lockwood, Esq.

President and Owner:

Mr. Lockwood has specialized in divorce and family law for twenty five years. He is considered by collegues as one of the leading family law trial atorneys in the state. He will become Chair of the Family Law Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association for the calendar year 2003.

He has trained lay people, attorneys and judges on the skills of mediation, negotiation and dispute resolution. He has served on the faculty of the Hawaii Institute for Continuing Legal Education in matters involving negotiation, trial practice and law office technology. He is a member of the HSBA Bench/Bar Conference 2001 on domestic law issues.

He became trained as a mediator at the Mediation Center Of The Pacific (formerly Neighborhood Justice Center) in their second class to graduate from their training in 1981. He eventually became a mediation trainer and member of their board of directors, serving for 14 years.

In the early nineties Mr. Lockwood designed the first Family Court Forms computer software program, set up, and trained lawyers and staff on the use of computers and software in about a dozen law firms. He is considered the "high-tech guru" of the family lawyers and frequently lectures on the use of computers in the practice of law.

He was President of the Kailua Chamber Of Commerce in 1999 and is on the Windward Civilian Military Council at Marine Corp Base Hawaii.
